The DP9000 coating machine is a fully automatic double-sided screen print equipment with a drying oven for Clean Room Application. The DP9000 is designed to automatically coat and dry very thin panels and flexible sheets, incorporating a unique system to stabilize and isolate the coated production in the hanging-style HC340 oven. This ensures maximizing panel throughput. The ASA sheet thin panel and flexible sheet stabilizers are automatically attached and detached from the product. The DP9000 can be used to apply all types of liquid photo imageable inks including solder mask, primary image, dielectric, and legend as well as laser ablated dielectrics.
